Abstract

The study is a quantitative correlation with linear regression analysis dealing with three independent variables and one dependent variable to know links between variables through numerical data obtained from field research. The sample was 21.83%, with 79 students from the total population of 362 students in Islamic religious education at the Nahdlatul Ulama institute of Islam. Data collection uses library study methods, questionnaire methods, and documentation. Data processing techniques use SPSS for classic assumptions statistical tests F and T. The quality of the instrument scale uses Microsoft Excel with Aiken's formula to determine the instrument's content validity. Lecturer professionalism is assessed from students' perspectives based on indicators from experts, including motivation and interest in learning and academic achievement. Then it was obtained that the professionalism of the lecturers, learning motivation and interest in learning was a positive effect of 57% on student academic achievement simultaneously based on the calculated F count greater than the F table value (33,206 > 2.72), strengthened by sig. value 0.000 < 0.05. Lecturer professionalism has a positive effect of 19% on academic achievement of Islamic religious education students INISNU Temanggung with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.050, and the t count value is greater than t table (2.692 > 1.99210). Learning motivation has a positive effect of 20% on the academic achievement of Islamic religious education students INISNU Temanggung with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.050, and the t count value is greater than the t table (3.310 > 1.99210). Interest in learning has a positive effect of 18% on the academic achievement of Islamic religious education students INISNU Temanggung with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.050, and the t count value is greater than the t table (3.119 > 1.99210).
