Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1). Pengaruh antara Supervisi Akademik Pengawas terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru, 3) pengaruh Supervisi Akademik dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Negeri di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian termasuk penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Dalam penelitian ini kegiatan supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja guru dianggap sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Kinerja Guru (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 300 orang guru PAI Sekolah Dasar. Sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan Quota Sampling, yaitu sebanyak 75 responden. Data didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja dengan nilai t hitung 4.209> t tabel 1.993, sementara kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 19,5%, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif adan signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai t hitung 3.715>1.993, sementara kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 15,9% (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai f hitung 14.287>f tabel 3.124. Sedangkan kontribusi supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 28.4%. adapun sisanya sebesar 71,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. ABSTRACT Title : The Influence of Academic Supervision and Work Motivation of PAI Teachers on the Performance of PAI Teachers at Sukoharjo District Elementary School in 2017 The purpose of the research is to know and analyzing: 1) the influence of academic supervision through the teacher performing, 2) the influence of the job motivation through the teachers performing, 3) the influence of academic supervision, and the job motivation through the teachers performing in Elementary School Sukoharjo. The quantitative research used the ex post facto. In this research, academic supervision activities and job motivation are considered as the independent variable (X) and the teacher performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The population of the research is 300 people Islam religion teachers, elementary school. The sample of the research is definite by using Quota Sampling, which are 75 respondents. The data is obtained by using the questioners and being analyzed by using the simple regression analyzes technique and double regression. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is positive and significant influence the academic supervision through the teacher performing, (2) there is positive and significant influence the job motivation through the teachers performing, (3) there are positive and significant influence the academic supervision and the job motivation through the teachers performing. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of academic supervision on the performance with the value of t count 4.209> t table 1.993, while the contribution given by 19.5%, (2) there is a positive influence and significant teacher work motivation on the performance of teachers with a value of t count 3.715> 1.993, while the contribution given by 15.9% (3) there is a positive and significant influence of academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher performance with f count 14.287> f table 3.124. While the contribution of academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher performance is 28.4%. while the rest equal to 71,6% influenced by another variable outside this research.
