Abstract

UMI NOVITA NURHASANAH “ THE USE OF QUANTUM TEACHING TO ENGLISH ACHIEVEMENT OF THE SECOND YEAR STUDENTS OF MTS AMAL SHOLEH GETASAN, SEMARANG IN ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2009/ 2010.” The aims of this research are to find out the concept of using quantum teaching and to find out the significant correlation coefficients of using quantum teaching to English Achievement of the second year students of MTs Amal Sholeh Pendingan Getasan, Semarang in the academic year of 2009/2010. To find out why there are significant correlation coefficients of using quantum teaching to English Achievement. To find out the influence of the using Quantum Teaching method by teacher toward student’s English Achievement. The result of research shows that there are significant correlation coefficients between the using Quantum Teaching and student’s English Achievement. It can be seen in the result of the analysis is rh= 0, 713 and rt= 0, 505 to N= 25 of 1% significant level. From this analysis, it mean that there was high significant correlation because rh higher than rt. Key words: Quantum Teaching method, student’s English Achievement.
