Abstract

This Aim of this research is to find out whether interactive method by applying wordchain game can improve vocabulary mastery of the eigth years students of Mts Yaspia Ngroto Gubug Grobogan.To find out whether interactive method by applying wordchain game can improve students‟vocabulary, the writer gives the students pre test before treatment and post test after treatment. The problem on this research are:(1) How does wordchain game improve the vocabulary mastery for Eigth Years Students of Mts Yaspia Ngroto Gubug Grobogan in Academic Year of 2014/2015? (2) What are the strength and weakness of using wordchain game to improve the vocabulary mastery for the Eigth Years Students of Mts Yaspia Ngroto Gubug Grobogan in Academic Year of 2014/2015 Finally the writer conclude that the t-test calculation from the result of pre-test and post-test in cycle I is 3,96 and in cycle II is 4,05. Both of them is greater than t-table with n=38 is 2,06. It means that the use of wordchain game can improve the students‟ vocabulary mastery.
