Abstract

This research intended to be Qualitative and Quantitative approach. Thewriter use observation and test. The writer used two technique observations:interview (questionnaire) and field notes to find out students motivation andstudents interest. Test is use to find out student achievement.The result of this research shows that using video can improve motivation,interest, and listening skills of the students. It could be alternative method to attractstudent active in learning because video can occasionally be used for relaxation.Therefore, the students have more pay attention and record learning.
