Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of job involvement, organizational commitment on the turnover intention with Islamic work ethic be moderating variable. The study in the BNI Syariah Branch Office Surakarta. Methods of Data collection is done through questionnaires by using interval scale (1-10) distributed to all permanent employees of BNI Syariah Branch Office Surakarta. In this study using quantitative methods. The population of this study is all permanent employees in BNI Syariah Surakarta Branch Office with samples taken as many as 62 respondents. The method to samples taken with a saturated sampling technique. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis, the Data Obtained are then processed using IBM SPSS version 21 tool. The work of organizational commitment has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, job involvement and organizational commitment have an effect on turnover intention, Islamic work ethic is not able to moderate the influence of job involvement on turnover intention, Islamic work ethic is not able to moderate the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intention.
