This research is aimed to find out the correlation and significance correlation of students’ perception on online learning during covid-19 pandemic to reading skills of the tenth grade students of SMA N 1 Suruh Kab. Semarang in the academic year 2020/2021. This study was quantitative research, especially a correlational study. The number of sample was 28 students of tenth grade students of SMA N 1 Suruh, Kab. Semarang. In purpose to answer the research question, the researcher collect the data using documentation and questionnaire. Documentation was data obtained from the reading test. This research was using ex post facto variable, the researcher required the score of the students from the teacher. Questionnaire used to find numerical data of students’ perception on online learning during covid-19 pandemic. The findings indicate that there is low correlation between online learning during covid-19 pandemic and reading skill and there is no significance correlation between online learning during covid-19 pandemic and reading skill. The total score from both variables is calculated with the Spearmans’ ? correlation. Using SPSS 16.0. the value of the Spearmans’ was found = 0.325. It means that the degree of correlation between students’ online learning during covid-19 pandemic and reading skill is low correlation. With degree of significance 5 % or 90%, the score of r interpretation, the score of r table obtained 0.374, therefore, rxy < rt (0.325 < 0.374). Moreover, the null hypothesis (Ho) is not accepted.
